    More than 2,000 caregivers and older adults completed a quantitative journey study covering search triggers, information sources, features, benefits, retailer fit, and likely use.

    The outcome

    The retailer used the result in its launch decision and introduced a mobile-web and smart-home service connecting adult children with aging parents.
