- Consumer
The objective
The skin-care brand needed to choose among several campaign executions before production, comparing motivation, comprehension, and appeal.
The research design
Twenty-five skin-care users joined a three-day asynchronous forum, rating each execution on interest, likeability, relatability, believability, uniqueness, and brand fit.
The outcome
The campaign drew positive reactions and high stated product interest. One execution was most relatable and motivating; responses also identified changes for the ads.
